This article analyzes the impact of the internet and social networks on the formation of political and social activism. The internet has expanded citizens' access to information, decision-making, and participation in social movements. Online petitions, hashtag campaigns, and blogging activities play a crucial role in highlighting social issues. However, challenges such as disinformation, fake news, and "virtual activism" also exist. In Uzbekistan, public opinion is increasingly shaped through social media, strengthening the dialogue between the state and society.
