The article provides a scientific-theoretical analysis of cooperation between power structures, government bodies, and civil society institutions during military operations. It examines the impact of military operations on political stability, social life, and the economy, supported by examples. The analysis is based on theoretical approaches such as synergy, institutionalism, social capital, and conflictology to enhance the effectiveness of this cooperation. The article highlights the relevance of such collaboration in the context of the evolution of modern warfare, humanitarian crises, and global security threats.
