This article describes analytically and experimentally the possibility of 4-chlorophenylchloroacetate to form simple and complex esters with gallic acid. Emphasis is placed on the reaction conditions. The composition and structure of the synthesized substances were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy.
