FORMATION OF NEW MECHANISMS FOR TRAINING IRRIGATOR – MELIORATOR PERSONNEL
This article addresses the organization of new mechanisms for training highly qualified irrigation and melioration professionals (irrigator-meliorators). The rising demand for water resources, climate change, and the expansion of digital technologies necessitate the adoption of innovative solutions, modern engineering approaches, and adherence to international standards in professional education. Through an analysis of scientific literature, legal frameworks, statistical data, and practical experiences, this paper highlights current challenges, prospects, and offers research-based practical recommendations for improving the training of irrigation and melioration specialists.
