В данной статье анализируется важнейшая роль органов самоуправления в избирательном процессе на основе
институционального подхода, поскольку они обеспечивают местное управление и способствуют участию
общественности в политике. Эти органы, часто состоящие из избранных представителей, помогают в организации и
контроле выборов на местном уровне, гарантируя, что выборы будут справедливыми, прозрачными и
соответствующими национальным законам
