STRUCTURAL-CONCEPTUAL MODEL FOR ENSURING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PROGNOSTIC COMPETENCIES AND THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LEADERSHIP ACTIVITIES
This article analyzes the essence of prognostic competencies and their impact on the effectiveness of leadership activities. Furthermore, a structural-conceptual model is developed to ensure this relationship. The importance of forecasting ability in the process of strategic decision-making, its influence on organizational development, and the necessary conditions for effective management are discussed.
