LEGAL ASPECTS OF ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING INTERNATIONAL SPORTS COMPETITIONS

The article analyzes the legal framework for the organization and holding of international sports competitions. The author focuses on the main legal issues that arise in the organization of sports events based on international sports law, national legislation, as well as regulatory documents developed by international sports federations. In particular, issues such as licensing of competitions, rights and obligations of athletes, the fight against doping, intellectual property rights, security measures and cooperation with non-governmental organizations are covered. The article provides an in-depth analysis of the legal mechanisms necessary to ensure the effective and legal organization of international sports competitions and includes practical recommendations.
