This article examines the distribution, trophic characteristics, and ecological significance of stink bugs (Pentatomoidea) in the western part of the Fergana region. A total of 24 species were identified and categorized into ecological groups (dominant, subdominant, rare, invasive, and entomophagous). The study highlights the wide distribution and adaptation of the invasive species Halyomorpha halys to local ecosystems, as well as the beneficial role of the predatory (entomophagous) species Zicrona caerulea as a biological control agent. The findings provide a foundation for strengthening ecological monitoring of stink bug species, preventing invasive threats, and improving biological control measures
