TECHNOLOGY FOR EXTRACTION OF MONOSACCHARIDES FROM RICE STEM IN AN IONIC LIQUID ENVIRONMENT
Rice stalks are usually burned to clear fields, causing serious damage to the environment. In this work, to solve these problems, researchers have proposed a technology for extracting valuable monosaccharides from rice stalks, which are of little industrial importance. Rice stalks were obtained from rice fields in Surkhandarya region. Dimethyl sulfoxide urea was used as the ionic liquid
