INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES FOR IMPROVING THE LINGUISTIC COMPETENCE OF PEDAGOGICAL PERSONNEL
The article explores the urgent issues related to improving the linguistic competence of teaching staff and the role of innovative technologies in this process. It highlights the essence of linguistic competence, its components, and its role in professional pedagogical activity. Modern approaches such as interactive methods, digital platforms, metacognitive strategies, and the CLIL model are discussed as effective tools for enhancing linguistic skills.
