THE ROLE OF COMMUNICATION QUALITIES IN FORMING SPEECH CULTURE
This article analyzes the role of speech culture in social life, the role of communication qualities in its formation, its expression in historical development, and modern approaches. Speech is interpreted not as a means of expressing a person's thoughts, but as an important factor strengthening his interaction with society. The article highlights the development of speech culture and methods for its development based on the heritage of ancient scholars.
