This article analyzes the principles of public diplomacy as an integral part of Amir Temur’s diplomatic legacy. As a visionary leader, Temur established peaceful, cultural, scientific, and trade relations with various nations across the East and West, effectively employing non-official diplomatic tools. The study focuses on cultural diplomacy, media influence, academic exchange, and economic cooperation. Based on historical sources and modern international relations theories, the article explores the relevance of Temur’s diplomatic approaches for contemporary foreign policy practices, particularly in Uzbekistan.
