MORAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIALISTS’ PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES
This article provides a theoretical analysis of the necessity of psychological knowledge for law enforcement officers in the process of establishing psychological interaction with citizens, which is crucial for crime prevention and ensuring public safety. It examines ways to improve professional communication based on psychological knowledge. The article also discusses psychological methods for effectively using communicative tools in interactions with citizens of various categories during service activities, as well as the development of professional qualities necessary for mastering skills and competencies in this area
