Although the processes of transformation of educational paradigms in the world, on the one hand, have common trends, on the other hand, they are characterized by the principles of specificity. Any changes in public life also lead to certain changes in the primary education system. The globalization of education and professional mobility around the world poses the problem of ensuring the movement of citizens in accordance with the new era.
