THE STRUCTURE AND PHILOSOPHICAL ESSENCE OF THE WORK "ME'YOR UL-AKHLOK"
This article explores the activities of Abdurahmon Toshkandiy (Sayyoh) and the significance of the Jadid movement in Turkestan during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It highlights the role of the journal Al-Isloh in shaping socio-political and cultural life, as well as the philosophical and ethical concepts presented in the work Me’yor ul-axloq. The study also addresses women’s rights, criticism of traditional rituals, and the importance of enlightenment as a key to progress
