CURRENT ISSUES OF TEACHING THE SUBJECTS “ACADEMIC WRITING” AND “SPEECH CULTURE” IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

This article analyzes the relevance, content, and methodological approaches to teaching the subjects "Academic Writing" and "Speech Culture" in higher educational institutions. It also highlights the importance of teaching these subjects using modern pedagogical technologies to develop students' written and oral communication skills. The study examines both foreign and local experiences, analyzing their advantages, disadvantages, and application opportunities. Based on the results obtained, the article offers practical recommendations.
