DESIGN OF PRIMERS FOR THE REAL-TIME RT-PCR DETECTION OF POTATO VIRUS M
In this study, author-designed primers were developed for the detection of Potato virus M (PVM) using real-time PCR, and their performance was compared with the “Potato virus M Real-Time PCR Diagnostic Kit” produced by SINTOL (Russia). Comparative analyses performed on the same samples demonstrated that the results obtained with the author-designed primers were consistent with those of the commercial SINTOL kit and showed comparable sensitivity
