The article is devoted to the preparation of secondary buffer solutions using amino acids. For this purpose, buffer solutions are prepared, the composition of which consists of amino acids, phosphate and borate. The effect of temperature (10-650С) on the change in the pH of buffer solutions has been studied. The resulting buffer solutions were used to calibrate the glass electrode and the acid error does not increase by 10-5.
