MODELS FOR HIV INFECTION PREVENTION

The article analyzes several HIV prevention models based on a socially adaptive approach: informational-communicative, institutional, legal, economic, behavioral, and integral models. The study aims to identify the most effective prevention framework considering Uzbekistan’s socio-demographic characteristics. Structural-functional and comparative analyses, legal review, and synthesis of practical experience were applied. The study proposes an integral prevention model adapted to Uzbekistan’s context.
