HISTORICAL-PHILOSOPHICAL ASPECTS OF THE SOCIAL STATE CONCEPT IN UZBEKISTAN AND STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT
The article analyzes the formation and stages of development of the social state concept in the Republic of Uzbekistan from a
philosophical, historical and legal point of view. The role of the principles of the social state in the national development model,
their inextricable connection with the ideas of human interests and justice are revealed. The evolution of social policy in Uzbekistan,
the process of strengthening the principles of the social state through constitutional reforms are also highlighted.
