DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL VIDEO MATERIALS USING MODERN SOFTWARE FOR PREPARATION OF VIDEO LECTURES
This article discusses modern software tools for preparing video lectures and the issues of developing educational video materials
for higher education with their help. The study proposes the functional capabilities of software tools, their comparative analysis
and a methodology for creating video materials for higher education institutions.
