This article analyzes the views of the great statesman, Timurid minister Husayn Bayqara in Khorasan, poet, and thinker Alisher Navoi (1441–1501) on strengthening the state's defense capability, the characteristics of a military man, as well as his views on military art, army structure, and ways to enhance the spirituality of those serving in the military.
