OZIQ-OVQAT CHIQINDILARINI BOSHQARISHNI RATSIONALIZATSIYA QILISHNING INNOVATSION USULLARI

Maqolada xorijiy mamlakatlarda oziq-ovqat chiqindilarini kamaytirish va qayta ishlash bo‘yicha zamonaviy yondashuvlar,
jumladan, food sharing (oziq-ovqat almashinuvi), kooperativ tashabbuslar hamda kompostlash va biokonversiya
texnologiyalaridan foydalanish tahlil qilingan. FAO, Jahon banki va ilmiy nashrlar ma’lumotlari asosida oziq-ovqat
yo‘qotishlaridan keladigan iqtisodiy va ekologik xarajatlarni kamaytirishga imkon beruvchi asosiy mexanizmlar aniqlangan.
Maxsus e’tibor O‘zbekiston Respublikasida milliy infratuzilma xususiyatlari, iste’mol odatlari va mavjud agrar islohotlarni
inobatga olgan holda xorijiy tajribani moslashtirish imkoniyatlariga qaratilgan. Shuningdek, mamlakatda oziq-ovqat chiqindilari
bilan ishlash bo‘yicha institutsional va normativ jihatdan takomillashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
