EFFECTIVE METHODS FOR DESIGNING ART THERAPY SESSIONS BASED ON DIGITAL AND INTERACTIVE APPROACHES
This article scientifically and analytically examines effective methods for designing art-therapy sessions based on digital and
interactive approaches. The study explores the role of art therapy in the modern educational and psychological-practical
environment, as well as the possibilities of digital tools in enhancing emotional expression, reflection, creative activity, and social
adaptation.
