The article examines the linguocultural features of museum terminology in the Russian and Uzbek languages. The study analyzes terminological units reflecting the specificity of national culture, traditional art, craft practices, and historical-cultural heritage. Particular attention is paid to ethnocultural semantic components of museum terms, their functioning within professional museum discourse, and problems of interlingual interpretation. The research is based on a bilingual Russian-Uzbek dictionary of museum terminology and employs lexical-semantic, comparative, and functional-discursive methods of analysis. It is established that museum terminology serves as an important means of representing cultural memory and national identity.
