This article is a study of the philosophical aspects of training in the field of social engineering. The author analyzes the basic principles and values underlying this field, and also considers the role and tasks of leadership in the context of social engineering. The article highlights the issues of developing competencies and skills necessary for successful management of social projects, and also discusses the ethical and moral aspects of activities in this area. The study allows us to more deeply understand the essence of social design and develop effective strategies for training personnel for its implementation
