The article is devoted to the study of motives for social service in pedagogical activity. The author analyzes the factors influencing the formation of motivation for social service. The article discusses potential ways of integrating these motives into the system of training future teachers, which creates the prerequisites for the formation of an integrated approach to pedagogical activity.The article is of interest to researchers in the field of pedagogy, educational psychology, as well as to heads of educational institutions.
