Bugungi globallashuv jarayonida ta’lim oluvchilarni tanqidiy fikrlash ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish pedagogik jihatdan ayniqsa dolzarb bo‘lib qolgan muammo hisoblanadi. Ta’lim tizimlarining maqsadi faqat bilim berishdan iborat emas, balki yoshlarni mustaqil va tanqidiy fikrlashga o‘rgatishdir. Tanqidiy fikrlash ko‘nikmalari talabalarning kelajakda qarorlar qabul qilish, muammolarni hal qilish va turli vaziyatlarda ongli tanlovlar qilishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Shu sababli, ta’lim jarayonida tanqidiy fikrlashni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan metodikalar va strategiyalarni ishlab chiqish bugungi kunda alohida ahamiyat kasb etadi.
