Maqolada inversion-voltamperometrik (IV) usulda xitozan bilan modifikatsiyalangan grafit asosidagi elektrod yordamida kosmetik mahsulot - lab bo‘yoqlari tarkibidagi Fe(III) ionlarini aniqlash yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda temirning uch valentli shakli (Fe³⁺) qaytarilmasdan elektrokimyoviy signal asosida bevosita aniqlash imkoniyati o‘rganildi. Xitozan modifikatsiyasi elektrod sezuvchanligi va selektivligini sezilarli darajada oshirib, fon shovqinlarini kamaytirishi hamda og‘ir metall ionlariga nisbatan yuqori tahlil aniqligini ta’minlashi ko‘rsatib berildi. Natijalarda pomada namunalarida temir miqdori xalqaro standartlardan ancha yuqori ekani aniqlanib, bunday mahsulotlarning gigienik xavfsizligi masalasi dolzarb ekani ta’kidlandi. Taklif etilgan yondashuvning ekologik tozaligi, arzonligi va tezkorligi uni kosmetik vositalarda og‘ir metall ionlarini monitoring qilishda samarali vosita sifatida qo‘llash imkonini beradi.
