Mazkur maqolada mezenximal ildiz hujayralar (MSC) tomonidan ajratiladigan ekzosomalarning biotexnologiyadagi ahamiyati
yoritilgan. Ekzosomalar – hujayralararo axborot uzatishda ishtirok etuvchi nanoo‘lchamli biologik vezikulalar bo‘lib, ular oqsillar,
lipidlar va nuklein kislotalarni tashish orqali regenerativ jarayonlarni faollashtiradi. MSC ekzosomalari immunomodulyator,
yallig‘lanishga qarshi va regeneratsion xususiyatlarga ega bo‘lib, ularni tibbiyot, farmatsevtika, kosmetologiya hamda diagnostika
sohalarida qo‘llash istiqbollari katta. Maqolada MSC ekzosomalarining ishlab chiqarish bosqichlari, ularning afzalliklari, amaliy
qo‘llanilishi va biotexnologik imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan.
