O‘zbek tilidagi sharhlar uchun konturli konvolyutsion neyron tarmoqiga asoslangan aspekt vektorlashtirishning uch bosqichli sentiment tahlili modeli

Aspektga asoslangan sentiment tahlil (AAST) har bir sharhda aniq aspekt bo‘yicha bahoni
aniqlash orqali fikrlarni yanada chuqurroq tahlil qilish imkonini beradi. Mazkur maqolada o‘zbek
tilidagi ijtimoiy sharhlari uchun konturli konvolyutsion neyron tarmoq (Gated Convolutional
Aspect Embedding, GCAE) arxitekturasiga tayangan uch bosqichli AAST modeli taklif etiladi.
Birinchi bosqichda aspekt atamalari ajratiladi (AAA), ikkinchi bosqichda har bir aspekt uchun
tegishli semantik kategoriya aniqlanadi (ACC), uchinchi bosqichda esa shu aspektga nisbatan
sentiment polariteti baholanadi (ATSA). Model kirishda FST-ga asoslangan morfologik tahlil,
FastText so‘z vektorlari va o‘zbek BERT enkoderi yordamida olingan leksik hamda konteksual
embeddinglarni birlashtiradi; GCAE asosidagi darvozalangan konvolyutsion modul esa aspektga
bog‘liq vektorlashtirishni amalga oshiradi. Maqolada ushbu uch bosqichli arxitektura uchun umumiy
vektorlashtirish sxemasi va ko‘p vazifali (multitask) yo‘qotish funksiyasi yordamida yagona konturli
neyron tarmoq modelini o‘qitish prinsiplari batafsil bayon etiladi.
