This article provides a scholarly analysis of the socio-philosophical foundations of the family and family law within the framework of Uzbek mentality. The study highlights the role of the family institution in Uzbek society and its close interconnection with national values, moral norms, and social stability. It also substantiates that family law should be understood not merely as a set of legal norms, but as a social phenomenon formed in harmony with customs, traditions, and spiritual views. From the perspective of Uzbek mentality, the article examines issues of marriage, relationships between parents and children, family responsibility, and the balance between family obligations and societal interests. The research findings contribute to strengthening the family institution and to a deeper understanding of the social significance of family law.
