The article scientifically examines the pedagogical foundations of developing clinical reasoning, analytical thinking, and decisionmaking competencies among future physicians through the use of a digital learning environment and simulation technologies in medical education. The formation, stages, and dynamics of the clinical reasoning model at the pre-clinical level are thoroughly analyzed using VR/AR tools, virtual patient simulators, electronic clinical scenarios, and AI-based diagnostic platforms. Diagnostic tests, pedagogical observation, control–experimental group design, and statistical analysis methods were applied in the study. The results demonstrate that the digital learning environment significantly enhances the cognitive, operational, and reflective components of clinical reasoning.
