IN VITRO SHAROITIDA KOʻPAYTIRILAYOTGAN ARONIA MELANOCARPA (MICHX.) ELLIOT MIKROKLONLARIGA TURLI OʻSIMLIK GARMONLARINING TAʼSIRI

In vitro sharoitida o‘simlik gormonlari mikroklonal ko‘paytirish jarayonining samaradorligiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Mazkur tadqiqotning maqsadi Aronia melanocarpa (Michx.) Elliot mikroklonlariga turli o‘simlik gormonlarining o‘sish va rivojlanish kabi ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’sirini baholashdan iboratdir. Tajribada to‘rt xil fitogormonning mikroko‘chatlar ko‘payish tezligiga, morfogenezi va umumiy rivojlanishiga ta’siri tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar asosida gormonlarning turiga va konsentratsiyasiga qarab mikroklonlarning o‘sish va morfologik ko‘rsatkichlari sezilarli darajada farqlanishi aniqlandi. Fitagarmonlardan 1 mg/l BAP konsentratsiyasi A. melanocarpa uchun optimal deb olindi va bu tadqiqot natijalari A. melanocarpa ni in vitro sharoitida samarali ko‘paytirish uchun optimal gormonal tarkibni tanlashga ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
