IN VITRO SHAROITIDA ATRIPLEX L. URUG‘LARINING UNUVCHANLIGINI BAHOLASH

Mazkur tadqiqot ishida O‘zbekiston cho’l hududlarida tarqalgan istiqbolli galofit - Atriplex L. turkumi A. tatarica, A. pratovii, A. dimorphostegia, A. nitens, A. aucherii va A. micrantha turlarining in vitro sharoitida urug‘ unuvchanligi baholandi. Tadqiqot jarayonida urug‘larning sterilizatsiya usullari, unib chiqish ko‘rsatkichlari hamda boshlang‘ich rivojlanish bosqichlarida hosil bo‘ladigan mikronihollarning morfologik xususiyatlari tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar galofit o‘simliklarni saqlash, ko‘paytirish hamda sho‘rlangan hududlarni qayta tiklashda in vitro texnologiyalaridan samarali foydalanish imkoniyatlarini ko‘rsatadi.
