GEOGRAPHICAL FACTORS AFFECTING THE SPREAD OF INFECTIOUS AND PARASITIC DISEASES

The article provides an extensive analysis of the natural factors influencing the spread of infectious and parasitic diseases. Today,
various illnesses continue to occur among the population, with seasonal diseases - particularly influenza - becoming widespread at
the onset of autumn. Timely implementation of epidemiological measures is crucial for preventing these diseases and controlling
potential outbreaks. Environmental elements such as air, water, and soil play an essential role in the survival, dissemination, and
establishment of pathogenic microorganisms. Soil, in particular, serves as a primary reservoir that enables long-term persistence
of microorganisms, thereby facilitating the geographic spread of infectious diseases.
