Mazkur ishda nikel (II) ionini sorbsion-spektrofotometrik aniqlash usuli ishlab chiqildi. Analitik reagent sifatida 3,3′-bis[N,N-
di(karboksimetil)aminometil]-o-krezolsulfonftalein qo‘llanildi va ipak fibroin tolasi yuzasiga immobilizatsiya qilindi. Kompleks
hosil bo‘lish sharoitlari optimallashtirildi. Maksimal yutilish 584 nm da kuzatildi, kontrastlik 150 nm ni tashkil etdi. Molyar
so‘ndirish koeffitsienti 1,43·10⁵ L·mol⁻¹·cm⁻¹ ga teng. Usul yuqori sezgirlik va selektivlikka ega.
