This scientific article analyzes the communicative competence of television presenters in contemporary Uzbek television and its
influence on audience consciousness and psychological perception, based on the results of a sociological study. The research
examines key communicative indicators of a TV presenter’s professional activity, including speech culture, voice timbre,
intonation, emotional expressiveness, credibility, professional confidence, and the overall psychological impact of the on-screen
image. The results substantiate the priority role of communicative competence in the professional activity of a television presenter.
