OLIY TA’LIM MUASSASALARIDA TAHSIL OLAYOTGAN TALABALARNING KASBIY KO‘NIKMALARINI SHAKLLANTIRISHDA AMALIY MASHG‘ULOT DARSLARINING O‘RNI
This study examines the effectiveness of practical training and internships in developing students’ professional competencies in higher education institutions. Based on a mixed-methods approach, the findings revealed statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups (p < 0.05). The correlation analysis (r = 0.62) indicated a positive relationship between internship participation and competency development.
