HARMONY OF DIGITALIZATION AND NATIONAL VALUES IN THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF NEW UZBEKISTAN: PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS
This article analyzes the relationship between digital transformation processes and the national values system within the framework of the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy based on a philosophical and methodological approach. The phenomenon of digitalization is interpreted not only as a technological innovation, but also as a social phenomenon that causes epistemological and ontological changes, revealing its influence on national identity, cultural integrity, and the spiritual stability of society. In the study, the relationship between digitalization and national values is studied on the basis of a dialectical and synergetic approach, and their complementary features are substantiated. The article proposes a human-centered, cultural sovereignty-based, and sustainable development-oriented model for ensuring the harmony of digitalization and national values within the context of the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy and substantiates its theoretical and practical significance
