This article analyzes the processes of high technologies and technological development within the framework of cooperation between
Uzbekistan and Russia. The current state of scientific and technical relations, innovative projects and cooperation in the field of the digital
economy between the two countries is highlighted. It also considers the main difficulties arising in the process of technological
development, including technological dependence, lack of investment, the problem of qualified personnel and information security. At the
same time, the possibilities of developing high technologies, exchanging experience, expanding joint projects and increasing innovative
potential through bilateral cooperation are substantiated. The article puts forward proposals and recommendations on ways to accelerate
technological progress in Uzbek-Russian relations.
