district. The study examines the main causes of the uprising, including the colonial policy of the Russian Empire, economic
exploitation, social inequality, and the forced mobilization of the local population for labor service. It also analyzes the course of
events, geographical scope, social composition of participants, and driving forces behind the movement. Based on historical sources
and scholarly literature, the article reveals the dynamics of the uprising and evaluates its consequences and significance within the
broader context of national liberation movements
