THE CONCEPT OF THE DIALECTAL LINGUISTIC PERSONALITY AND ITS INTERPRETATION IN UZBEK DIALECTS
The aim of this study is to provide a conceptual justification for the model of the “dialectal linguistic personality” based on empirical data drawn from the Karluk, Kipchak, and Oguz dialects. The data obtained through field observations and the analysis of naturally occurring speech were subjected to cognitive-semantic analysis. The findings reveal significant differences in the verbal-semantic, cognitive, and pragmatic levels of personality among speakers of different dialects. Distinct cognitive variations are observed in the models of world segmentation, lexical choices, and code-switching practices of regional speakers
