Maqolada pedagoglarni malakasini takomillashtirishda xalqaro anjuman va mahalliy anjumanlarni o‘rni, bo‘lajak
o‘qituvchilarda shakllanadigan kompetensiyalarga e’tibor qaratilgan. Xalqaro anjumanlar va mahalliy anjumanlarda qatnashgan
respondentlar orasidan pedagogik malakani shakllantirish bo ‘yicha tahlillar qilingan. Tadqiqot aralash konvergent parallel
dizayn asosida metodalogiyasi asosida tahlil qilingan. Olingan natijalar izchil tahlil qilinib taklif va xulosalar ishlab chiqilgan
