G‘ALLA EKINLARI NEMATODALARINI TADQIQ ETISH TARIXI VA ZAMONAVIY YO‘NALISHLARI

Mazkur maqolada xorijiy mamlakatlar, Markaziy Osiyo hamda O‘zbekistonda g‘alla ekinlari (bug‘doy, arpa, sholi va
makkajo‘xori) bilan bog‘liq fitonematodalarni o‘rganishning shakllanish bosqichlari va zamonaviy ilmiy yo‘nalishlari tahlil
qilindi. Ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida nematodologik tadqiqotlarning an’anaviy morfologik identifikatsiyadan molekulyar-
taksonomik yondashuvlarga, jumladan DNK metabarkoding, real vaqt rejimidagi PZR va transkriptomik usullarga o‘tish
tendensiyasi yoritildi. Shuningdek, Heterodera, Pratylenchus, Meloidogyne va Hirschmanniella avlodlariga mansub iqtisodiy
jihatdan muhim parazit turlarga qarshi chidamli navlarni yaratish, populyatsiyalarni molekulyar monitoring qilish hamda tuproq
bioindikatsiyasida nematodalardan foydalanishning hozirgi holati baholandi. Tadqiqot natijalari Surxondaryo vohasida g‘alla
ekinlari fitonematodalarini zamonaviy usullar asosida o‘rganish uchun nazariy va metodologik manba sifatida xizmat qilishi
mumkin.
