O‘ZBEKISTONNING SHIMOLIY HUDUDLARI TUPROQLARIDAN AJRATILGAN MIKROORGANIZMLARNING SHO‘R STRESSGA CHIDAMLILIGINI ANIQLASH
##submission.downloads##
Orolbo‘yi hududi va Xorazm viloyatining sho‘rlangan tuproq namunalaridan mikroorganizmlar izolyatlari ajratib olinib, ularning
morfologik, fiziologik hamda biokimyoviy xususiyatlari asosida identifikatsiya qilindi. Identifikatsiyada klassik mikrobiologik
usullar bilan bir qatorda zamonaviy yondashuvlardan foydalanildi, bu esa mikroorganizmlarning taksonomik o‘rnini aniq
belgilash imkonini berdi. Ajratilgan izolyatlarning halotolerantlik darajasi turli NaCl konsentratsiyalarida o‘sish dinamikasi
asosida o‘rganildi. Tuzga chidamlilik testi 3–18% NaCl diapazonida olib borildi va bu ekstremal sho‘rlanish sharoitlarini
modellashtirish imkonini berdi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, Bacillus licheniformis eng yuqori halotolerantlikni namoyon etib, 18% NaCl
da ham o‘sishni saqlab qoldi. Bacillus megaterium 15% gacha, Bacillus atrophaeus va Bacillus vallismortis 12% gacha, Bacillus
pumilus hamda Pseudomonas koreensis esa 10% NaCl gacha o‘sish qobiliyatini ko‘rsatdi.
