“Z” AVLOD YOSH O‘QITUVCHILARIDA EMOTSIONAL INTELLEKT VA KASBIY O‘ZLIKNI ANGLASHNING JINS VA YOSH TAFOVUTLARI TAHLILI

Ushbu tadqiqot O‘zbekistondagi “Z” avlod yosh o‘qituvchilari orasida emotsional intellektning jins va yosh bo‘yicha qanday farqlanishini aniqlashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqotda 25-35 yosh oralig‘idagi o‘qituvchilar ishtirok etishgan. Natijalarni tahili qilganda, ayol o‘qituvchilar EI bilimdonlik va empatiya subshkalalarida erkak hamkasblaridan sezilarli darajada yuqori natija ko‘rsatgan. Yosh omili bo‘yicha esa 31-35 yoshlilar EI umumiy darajasi, empatiya va ijodkorlik ko‘rsatkichlarida 25-30 yoshlilarga qaraganda yuqori natija qayd etgan. Pearson korrelyatsiya tahlili EI umumiy ko‘rsatkichi bilan ijodkorlik, oliy nufuzga ega bo‘lish o‘rtasida o‘rtacha kuchli musbat aloqani, subyektiv nazorat bilan esa manfiy bog‘liqlikni aniqladi. Natijalar yosh o‘qituvchilarni kasbiy tayyorlashda jins va yosh xususiyatlarini inobatga olgan differentsial psixologik yondashuv zarurligini asoslaydi
