Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy TERRA ASTER sun’iy yo‘ldoshidagi ASTER, MOPITT va MODIS qurilmalari hamda SPOT
apparatlari yordamida Yer qatlami va uzasining mineral tarkibi, tuproqning, atmosferaning, o‘simliklarning kimyoviy
xususiyatlarini aniqlash imkoniyatlari tahlil qilingan. Elektromagnit to‘lqinning turli diapazonlarida olingan ma’lumotlar asosida
har xil minerallar – karbonatlar, gidroksidlar va silikatlarning spektral xususiyatlari o‘rganilib, ularning masofadan zondkashning
mexanizmlari keltirilgan.
