ELEKTROKIMYOVIY OKSIDLASH ORQALI SINTEZ QILINGAN P-BROMFENILSIRKA KISLOTA TOZALIGINI YUPQA QATLAMLI XROMATOGRAFIYA(TLC) YORDAMIDA ANIQLASH

Ushbu tadqiqotda p-brometilbenzolni atsetonitril–suv muhitida elektrokimyoviy oksidlash orqali p-bromfenilsirka kislotasini
sintez qilishning ekologik toza usuli ishlab chiqildi. Jarayon 0,1 M K₂SO₄ fon elektroliti ishtirokida grafit elektrodlar yordamida
amalga oshirildi. Siklik voltamperometrik usulda platina elektrod yuzasida kislorodning chiqish unumi Tafel grafigi asosida
hisoblandi. Hosil bo‘lgan mahsulot yupqa qatlamli xromatografiya (YQX) yordamida identifikatsiya qilindi. YQX silika gel 60
plastinkalarda, geksan : etil asetat (3:1, v/v) erituvchi tizimida olib borildi. Sintez mahsulotining Rf qiymati (0,35) etalon modda
qiymati (0,34) bilan mos kelib, maqsadli modda hosil bo‘lganini tasdiqladi. Taklif etilgan yondashuv ekologik toza sintez va oddiy
analitik nazoratni birlashtirib, laboratoriya sharoitida samarali qo‘llanishi mumkin.
