Xitoycha modernizatsiya — bu o‘ziga xos Xitoy xususiyatlariga ega bo‘lgan modernizatsiya yo‘lidir. Uning ma’naviy asosi modernizatsiya qurilishini harakatga keltiruvchi va rivojlanish yo‘nalishini belgilab beruvchi asosiy ma’naviy kuch hisoblanadi. Mazkur maqolada xitoycha modernizatsiyaning ma’naviy asosi yaxlit va birlashgan tizim ekanligi asoslab berilgan bo‘lib, unda xalq — fundamental poydevor, haqiqatni faktlardan izlash — g‘oyaviy rahnamolik, o‘ziga bo‘lgan ishonch va mustaqillik — ma’naviy zamin, muvofiqlik va simbioz (birlashib yashash) — qadriyat yo‘nalishi, tinchlik va bag‘rikenglik esa xalqaro qarash sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi.
